CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
The Organizing Committee warmly welcome the submission of abstracts for presentation at the 6th Congress of the Asia-Pacific of Thyroid Society (APTS 2026) and 8th SOHNSS ENT Congress for inclusion in the scientific programme under the congress theme, “Strengthening Global Collaborations for Equitable Care”.

This is an excellent opportunity to share your latest research findings, innovative practices, and clinical experiences with an international audience of experts and peers. Selected abstracts will be featured in oral and poster presentation sessions, contributing to meaningful discussions and fostering knowledge exchange across the global thyroid and head & neck surgery communities.

SUBMISSION PROCESS

All abstracts must be submitted through the official online submission portal

To submit an abstract, please create a user account and follow the on-screen instructions provided within the portal.
REVIEW PROCESS
-
All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process conducted by members of the APTS-SOHNSS 2026 Scientific Committee.
-
Accepted submissions will be allocated to oral or poster presentation formats based on reviewer recommendations.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
-
Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the Secretariat at aptsandsohnss@pixo.sg, referencing the abstract title and abstract ID, no later than 16 February 2026.
-
If the presenter fails to register for APTS-SOHNSS 2026 by 16 February 2026, the abstract will be withdrawn from the Congress.
