CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Any cancellation or replacement must be conveyed to the Organiser in writing.

A cancellation fee of 50% of registration fee will apply if the cancellation is received on or before 23 March 2026.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the deadlines mentioned above.

The Organiser reserves the right to modify the programme. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, with all refunds processed after the event.
