SINGAPORE ARRIVAL CARD (SGAC)
All travellers are required to submit their Singapore Arrival Card within 3 days before arriving in Singapore, except:

Those transiting/transferring through Singapore without seeking immigration clearance; and
-
Residents travelling through the land checkpoints.
