The official language of the Congress is English. All scientific sessions, presentations, and materials will be conducted and published in English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

Singapore operates on Singapore Time (SGT), UTC+8, which does not observe daylight saving.

The Congress will be submitted for accreditation by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC). Details on CME credit hours and the process for claiming CME points will be announced closer to the Congress dates. Delegates are encouraged to sign in at each attended session to ensure accurate credit allocation.

Water dispensers are available throughout the congress venue. Bring your reusable bottle and help protect the environment.

Please note that childcare services are not provided at the Congress. Attendees are kindly advised to make alternative arrangements for children.

There is no prayer room within the buidling premises. The nearest surau is located behind the Housemen Canteen, directly opposite Academia.

The Congress Secretariat and Organising Committee will not assume responsibility for any personal accidents, losses, or damages to personal property during the Congress or related events. Participants are strongly advised to secure their own travel and health insurance for the duration of their stay in Singapore.

Every effort will be made to ensure that the Congress proceeds as planned. However, the Organiser reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the programme or arrangements should circumstances require.
